A minimalist look is always the best approach to expose your natural beauty. And the best make-up to show off your best features is through nude make-up.
With this look, you typically put on less, instead of more. You start off with natural colored foundation just to smooth out impurities. If you can get away with not wearing anything at all, then go ahead. A hint of blush is also recommended just to add a bit of life, and then some complementary contouring elsewhere. Top it off with by a clear lip balm instead of a colored lipstick and you’re good to go.
Sounds easy doesn’t it? But, there’s always a catch. This look is just so difficult to pull of with bad skin. And, if your skin is so used to those make-ups that are bombarded with chemicals, chances are, your skin wouldn’t look it’s best, especially if you only have foundation to cover up the flaws.
There’s something sexy about sheer make-up so they say. But clear skin, THAT is always sexier. This is another reason why I always go for organic skin care, or wherever my skin looks best. We can always hide behind make-up. Sooner or later, we have to wash them off. The same goes with chemicals. What’s natural has to come out, and in my case, these chemicals have already gone down the drain.
